Find and tap on the 'Medical Info' tab. Here, you may view, add or update patients’ medical data, including conditions, treatments & medications. Always double-check for accuracy before saving.
Save & Confirm Updates
Tap 'Save' to store all updates. A message should appear confirming successful data storage. Ensure every change made is captured & saved properly. Regular updates maintain accurate records.
