Navigate to the 'Cases' tab and click on 'Create New'. Fill in the required fields such as case name, client's name, and case details. Click 'Save' to create the case.
Track Case Progress
Under the 'Cases' tab, select the desired case. Update the status regularly to track progress. You can add notes, attach documents, and update the case's timeline. Always save changes made.
Close Completed Case
Once a case is resolved, go to 'Cases', select the case, and change status to 'Closed'. Don't forget to add a final note detailing the resolution. This helps in future case reviews.
