Input Pay Period
Define the pay period. It could be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Once defined, system automatically calculates total payment due, taking into account overtime, if any.
Approve and Send Pay
After reviewing the payroll details, click on 'Approve'. The payment will then be processed and sent to the employees via the method you've set up. Keep a paper or digital trail for audit purposes.
